Job Title: Planner / Scheduler II (Hybrid) Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 Shift : 1^st Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Rate Range: $30- $42/hr. on w2 without benefits Duration: 1 year NOTE: Bachelor's degree required. Strong experience with Primavera P6 and planning tools. Solid understanding of project cost control and forecasting. 5+ years planning large or complex projects. Position Summary: Seeking a Planner/Scheduler to manage project schedules, costs, and forecasts for customer equipment and infrastructure projects. This role partners closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules and cost forecasts Build tender schedules and cost estimates Track actuals, forecasts, risks, and cost movements Analyze schedule and cost trends and report project status Support change orders, project closeout, and claims Ensure compliance with Project Controls standards and tools Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and third parties Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Strong experience with Primavera P6 and planning tools Solid understanding of project cost control and forecasting 5+ years planning large or complex projects Experience leading project planning and cost control activities
