Your Role

The Product Operations team oversees the centralized intake and backlog management processes for Stellarus' Product and Technology organization. The Product Operations Manager, Consultant will report to the Director, Product Operations. In this role, you will lead both the intake and backlog functions, owning the structure and integrity of the Unified Backlog in Jira and providing direct leadership for the centralized intake process. You will operate with a high-level of autonomy, lead work projection and planning efforts, and drive continuous improvement across intake and backlog workflows. You will educate others, direct work processes, and ensure validated work is prioritized and ready for evaluation by product and engineering teams.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires a minimum of 7 years' prior relevant experience in product operations, backlog management, or technical program management
  • Requires experience facilitating high-stakes meetings with cross-functional leaders
  • Requires strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and process improvement
  • Requires experience in the healthcare or health plan technology industry
  • Hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, preferably ServiceNow preferred
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the product development lifecycle preferred
