About theRole:


At Boston Scientific,the Program Management leader for Maple Grove Operationswilldrivethe site's new product introduction strategy and strategic portfolio planning process-setting direction and owning endtoend program delivery from planning and resource allocation through risk management and achievement of defined business outcomes. Success in this role hinges on exceptional influencing skills to align priorities, secure resources, and gain commitment across a complexbusiness andmatrix of stakeholders.


This leaderwill develop and inspire ahighperforming team,whileformingstrong partnerships within the MG operations org,withdivisional stakeholdersand other BSC manufacturing sites and functions.In partnership with the senior leadership team, the director owns technical direction and business processimprovement,ensuringdisciplined strategic process execution.Serving as the Maple Grove Operations voice within the broaderOpsStrategyandNorth America regional PMO,this role will shape and advancesite-specificstrategiesthat connect seamlessly to globally and regional priorities.


Your Responsibilities Include:



  • Shapes and drives site-level business strategy, including new business and business exits,pipeline projects, and regional/global initiatives,in partnership with senior site leadershipteamand cross-functional collaboration.





  • Provides strategic oversight of the Maple Grove new product& site projectportfolio,that isin syncwithglobal, regional and sitepriorities.Ensureprioritization, resource alignment,collaboration,and visibility for enterprise stakeholders.





  • Owns the Delivering Excellence strategic frameworkand processfor the site, embedding continuous improvement and operational excellence intoshort andlong-term plans.





  • Leadsthe project management organization, fostering an inclusive and high performing culture.Activelyengages and develops employees,drives continuous improvementfor scalability,utilizingbest practices, anddeliverexceptional results to advance the business.Criticalpartnertothe North America regional PMO.





  • Leadsthe siteSteeringCommittee, setting direction and ensuring governance for key initiatives and organizational priorities.





  • Cultivates high-impact partnershipsto advance organizationalobjectives; serves as a trusted advisor and communicates with clarity and influencetosenior leadership across manufacturing, GSC functions, anddivisional teams.





  • Serves as the lead for executive site visits, ensuring a seamless experience that reinforcesstrategicobjectives, reflects organizational excellence, and strengthens stakeholder confidence.




WhatWe'reLooking For:

RequiredQualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineeringor relatedfield





  • 12+ years ofprogressiveexperience in Manufacturing and/or Project Management, withdemonstratedability tobe a program leader forlarge-scale business critical initiatives





  • 10+ years of experience in a people leadership position





  • Significant experienceleading people and organizations, with a proven abilityin buildingand sustaining high-performing inclusive teamsto drive organizational success.





  • Provenrecord of accomplishmentinplanning andexecutingcomplex medical device projects, ensuring compliance,quality,andtimelyexecution





  • Comprehensive experiencewith all phases of product development inclusive of TDP, PDP, andproductlaunch support





  • Expertisein managingglobal networks and multi-divisionalinitiatives, driving alignment and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders at all levels





  • Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategicobjectivesinto actionable plans





  • Strong strategic thought leadership, influencing decisions and shaping organization direction at senior levels



PreferredQualifications:



  • Master of Science Degree or MBA





  • PMP orPgMPCertification





  • Experience leading project managers





  • Experience with product costing






  • Proven ability to influence without authority





  • Experience in PLCP and Process Excellence milestones





  • Familiarity with Global Supply Chain strategic planning processes (e.g.,Delivering Excellence)





  • Familiarity with Supply Chain End to End Design (SEED) process

Maximum Salary: $286000

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) - see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com-will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
