Primary Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day ambulatory and clinical operations for the Transplant Clinic. Manage administrative teams supporting transplant surgeons and leadership. Drive operational initiatives tied to ongoing transplant center restructuring. Share responsibility for outreach initiatives with Brigham counterpart. Partner closely with nursing and medical leadership to ensure smooth clinic and operational workflows Lead the planning, development, and execution of departmental goals, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. Supervise and develop managers, supervisors, and staff; ensure appropriate staffing, performance management, and professional development. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze trends, and implement process improvements to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate across departments to support integrated service delivery and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance targets. Serve as a liaison to senior leadership, providing regular updates on program outcomes, risks, and opportunities. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation. Ideal Candidate Profile
