RN - PreOp-PACU - Casual status - La Jolla

This is a casual status also known as Per Diem position. The start time is 0500-11pm with a 12 hour shift. Commitment of 4 shifts per 4 week schedule is expected. No call is required but is available if desired. Training is typically 3 weeks.

We are a high-functioning, evidence-driven team within a Magnet hospital and Level I trauma center, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patientcentered surgical care. As part of our team, you can expect to expertly prepare and recover patients across cardiac cath lab, operating room, interventional radiology, and endoscopy settings-ensuring seamless transitions and top-tier outcomes. Required

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Current CA RN License
• Current BLS and ACLS through the American Heart Association
• Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English. Excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Strongly preferred - PreOp -PACU RN experience
• ICU or Emergency department RN experience

• Flexibility with work environments within the department
