As part of Mercy's growing Product & Platform organization, the Product Analyst plays a vital role in day-to-day product operations and long-term capability building. The position combines structured learning with meaningful contribution, serving as both a force multiplier for existing teams and a development pipeline for future product leaders.
You'll thrive in this role if you're curious about how technology and design can improve the human experience, especially in healthcare. You'll spend your days connecting data to stories, translating ideas into decisions, and helping teams move from ambiguity to clarity. Position Details:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year in product, project, or operations coordination.
  • Exposure to Agile or iterative delivery methods preferred.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare or health-related technology environments.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, service design, or product lifecycle management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and visualize data to inform product decisions.
