WFM RTA Lead

Role Proficiency:

Execute test cases with accuracy and prevent incorrect product shipment by reporting business critical bugs. Position works under supervision

Outcomes:

1. Able to complete the assigned test grid without deviation from given test steps
2. Determine product failures and report in test repository and bug tracker
3. Find 'out of box' product issues
4. Learn technology business domain system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account
5. Execute Adhoc scenarios as required
6. File P1/Showstopper issues

Measures of Outcomes:

1. Number of Adhoc scenarios executed
2. Compliance in updating the test repository and bug database properly
3. Number of P1/ Showstopper Issues filed
4. Adherence to schedule / timelines
5. Adhere to SLAs where applicable
6. Number of defects post delivery
7. Number of non-compliance issues
8. Reduction of reoccurrence of known defects as per SLA
9. SLA in turnaround of production bugs
10. Defined productivity standards for project
11. Completion of all mandatory training requirements

1. Perform task deliverables with quality
   targeting completion timeframe.

1. Estimate time
   effort
   resource dependence for one's own work
