This Intern position will entail a wide variety of tasks. Primary areas of responsibility will specifically involve supporting flight Operations.

This intern is expected to assist in various routine duties that may require research and problem solving. Ultimately the candidate will be invited to observe actual flights as a third crew member. The position will require interaction with both the Scheduling/Dispatch and Maintenance department.

*We are looking for a 12-week 2026 Summer internship and the selected candidate must be able to work 20-25 hours per week.

This position reports to our Middleburg Heights hangar location at the Cleveland Airport.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of the internship.
  • Must have sophomore, junior, or senior class standing.
  • Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and/or power point.

Required:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidential data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Adaptability to change and desire and ability to make improvements and to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Private and Instrument license

Preferred:

  • Bilingual ability
  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business.
  • Commercial license
  • Multi-Engine license
  • Certified Flight Instructor license
