The Opportunity The Vice President, Global Customer Marketing will lead Adobe's customer-focused marketing strategy, crafting how our customers discover, understand and engage with Adobe's offerings, delivering growth across our customer audiences. This executive leader will define and deliver breakthrough marketing plans that span flagship campaigns, evergreen programs, and content innovation. The goal will be elevating Adobe's brand and deepening customer connection. This role calls for a visionary strategist and practical practitioner who inspires teams and drives outcomes while partnering across Adobe's business units to accelerate impact at scale. The leader partners deeply across Adobe's business units to accelerate impact. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, they manage a team of Senior Directors and Directors who lead marketing teams for key customer groups. This team collaborates closely with product, marketing centers of excellence, content and creative teams to deliver best in class marketing using today's technologies. The ideal candidate is a forward-looking marketing executive who combines strategy, creative sensibility, and operational excellence. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $183,000 -- $480,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.In California, the pay range for this position is $308,700 - $480,000 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
