Our Company About the Role The Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Product Success Engineering (PSE) team is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Platform Engineering to lead the design, development, and reliability of a cloud-native data platform that powers product adoption insights, customer retention analytics, system monitoring, and operational intelligence. You will own the data platform layer that enables Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and BI teams to build scalable, reliable analytics and ML solutions. Partnering closely with the Director of Data Science & Engineering, you'll translate analytics and ML requirements into robust platform capabilities operating at enterprise scale. What You'll Do

In California, the pay range for this position is $221,000 - $320,000 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
