Description and Requirements

As a Software UX Program Manager, you will lead the operational strategy that keeps our UX programs running efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on coordinating complex workstreams, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact initiatives that advance the team's design and innovation goals.

About the Software UX team

As part of the Lenovo Experience Group (LXG), the Software User Experience team is dedicated to creating intuitive, human-centered experiences that empower users and elevate business outcomes. We combine research, design, and innovation to simplify complex workflows and deliver solutions that delight customers and employees alike. We champion UX principles across the organization, foster collaboration, and continuously improve the way people interact with technology. By focusing on usability and customer value, we aim to shape the future of digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the operational leader for the Software UX team, driving alignment across programs and stakeholders.
  • Lead strategy and execution for program and resource planning.
  • Organize and manage workstreams, timelines, and stakeholder engagement for high-impact annual programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Champion improvements in collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and program management practices across the UX organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to UX subject matter experts, providing guidance on program management best practices and tools.
  • Drive visibility and accountability for deliverables, ensuring successful outcomes for complex, multi-team projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in UX program and project management.
  • 6+ years of experience in UX and offering development.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and their application in enterprise-scale programs.

Preferred Experiences & Interests

  • Passion for user experience and delivering innovation that creates measurable customer value.
  • Ability to advocate for UX and customer-centric processes within cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise with program management tools and workflows; familiarity with Figma, Miro and Jira is a plus.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving consensus.
  • Comfort tackling complex problem spaces and simplifying them into actionable solutions.
  • Desire to grow & nurture team culture.
