You will act as a Senior System Administrator for global IT, supporting HR applications for Time management, benefits and payroll management, integrations with internal HR systems and other applications as requested. Partnering with cross functional/organizational Business Process Owners, this position will be responsible for owned applications and system optimization. In addition, data security/control/integrity in alignment with corporate objectives.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$105K-$150K at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications:
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner with function owners and stakeholders to gather requirements for process improvements, and, once prioritized, configure, test, and deploy those solutions
- Configuration and customization of owned applications and/or similar modules/capabilities to support business team needs.
- Responsible to manage and support system data integrations within related system architecture and or work with other IT or business team members to ensure continuity and performance
- Run diagnostic, audit and preventative risk analysis and recommendations to ensure system performance, data quality/security of owned systems.
- Responsible to support, drive to resolution any data issues with integration working with IT team members and business teams.
- Responsible for planning and support of upgrades, performance KPIs, system optimizations, and cost/ budget alignment
- Act as a partner and a subject matter expert to drive projects and initiatives on data, security, and data management processes
- Understand the bigger picture and can communicate the impact of system and process changes
- Continuously monitor external trends and developments owned systems and processes to drive continuous optimization and efficiency
- Ability leading projects and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Drive third party development partner deliverables, quality and services in alignment with contract and KION design principals.
- 15% travel
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical degree, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 4-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key knowledge in UKG WorkforceManagement, Activity and accrual management, Passport, Ultipro, workday and ERP integrations, expertise in data management & models.
- IT ADMIN certifications in UKG WFM specifically
- Expertise in project management methodologies and familiarity with process improvement principles
- Data security background/experience preferred
- Experience working with confidential information and critical business operations and processes
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements or objectives
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, including the ability to set clear expectations with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
