Position Summary

An internship at Lemartec provides a valuable opportunity for professional development, helping to shape the careers of future professionals. The intern will be responsible for supporting and assisting the team they are assigned to in the administration and management of one of Lemartec's projects. During the internship, the intern will join the designated team and contribute to assigned tasks, gaining valuable experience throughout the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the assigned job site on time and prepared to work.
  • Provide general administrative and technical support to various teams as needed, assisting with reporting and updates.
  • Assist with tracking and updating project-related financial and operational information.
  • Help gather necessary documents and information to support project processes and decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between teams and external parties as required during project development.
  • Be a quick learner and a good communicator, adding value to the team.
  • Assist with all other special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines while maintaining a focus on quality and process improvement.
  • Detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness and demonstrative initiative to learn new programs, systems, and tools as they become available.

Educational Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or a recent graduate, pursuing a degree in Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience is preferred but not required.
