As an Inpatient Charge Nurse on 3 Central, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating care for medically complex patients while supporting and mentoring a highly collaborative nursing team. The Role: In this Day Shift Charge Nurse position, you will serve as both a clinical leader and a steady resource for your peers on a dynamic Acute General Medicine unit. This unit cares for adult patients with a wide range of acute medical needs, including endocrine disorders, infectious diseases, renal conditions, and select cardiology cases. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor's of Science in Nursing or currently enrolled in an accredited nursing BSN/MSN program that will be completed within 5 years of hire. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. Benefits
