Job Summary:

The HR team at Pave America is seeking a results-driven Contract Recruitment Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for non-exempt positions over a 3-month contract period. This role is critical to ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified hourly candidates in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in sourcing for volume-driven roles with tight timelines.

This is a 3-month contract role paying $35-$40 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates located in or able to work Eastern Time are strongly preferred to support collaboration with the recruiting team and hiring managers during standard business hours.



Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Source and identify qualified candidates for high-volume, non-exempt/hourly positions across multiple locations or departments

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, ATS, social media, referrals, and local/community outreach

  • Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and timelines

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

  • Manage high candidate flow while ensuring a positive and responsive candidate experience

  • Track sourcing metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline activity and progress

  • Support hiring events, job fairs, and other volume-recruiting initiatives as needed



Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes):

  • 3-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a strong emphasis on high-volume or hourly/non-exempt roles
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high applicant volume simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and common sourcing tools/job boards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet aggressive hiring deadlines
