Join our team as a Loyalty Services Representative and help policyholders see the value in staying with us! What You'll Do: * Be the first point of contact for policyholders considering cancellation. * Retain 22% of policies by showcasing benefits and offering solutions. * Handle up to 40 calls a day (average 10 minutes each) with empathy and professionalism. * Use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep customers happy. * Grow your career-start in retention and work your way into other sales roles! What We're Looking For: * Strong communication and critical thinking skills. * Previous call center or retention experience preferred. * Sales experience and insurance license? That's a plus! * Ability to stay calm and positive when speaking with upset customers. * Bilingual in Spanish? Even better!
