Hupy and Abraham Law Clerk Madison, WI Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm is looking for a motivated Law Clerk for our Madison, WI office. This is a great opportunity for a recent JD graduate looking to gain more experience! Our Law Clerks support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following: RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings Legal Research Brief Writing Screening Potential Clients Trial Preparation Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will have a Juris Doctorate degree and are eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin State Bar exam or have successfully passed the Wisconsin State Bar.
