The Spirit of the Position: The Executive Coordinator, Office of the CEO provides high-level administrative, strategic, and communications support to the CEO. This role ensures seamless operations across calendars, travel, meetings, communications, and special projects. As a company devoted to a people-first, servant-leadership culture, this role is central to supporting executive initiatives, amplifying the CEO's strategic voice, and fostering an efficient, positive environment across the organization. In addition to core administrative duties, this position functions as an extension of the CEO managing executive communications, supporting social media presence, drafting press releases and speeches, and providing Chief of Staff level support for cross-functional initiatives.
