Job Summary
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting field operations by managing workforce logistics, coordinating project resources, and ensuring alignment between project schedules, manpower, and fabrication. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence in mechanical construction projects. Essential Duties
Minimum Requirements Minimum education required of the position High School Diploma or GED. Minimum certifications/license required of the position Minimum experience required of the position 5+ years of experience in a construction, manufacturing, or project coordination role preferred. Familiarity with mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping) and installation practices is a plus. Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position Must have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote and Excel Working Conditions This role is performed in an office environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions. The job involves remaining stationary for extended periods, frequent computer use, and occasional movement to access office resources. Physical effort is generally sedentary, with occasional lifting of items up to 15 pounds. Standard business hours apply, with occasional overtime during peak periods. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery. The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. The ability to observe details at close range. May move materials and documents weighing up to 15 pounds across the office for various needs. Job Band and Level Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.
