Medical Receptionist Rockville or Olney MD Pay From $20 Per hour MUST: Strong customer service support skills 2+ years of experience working in a multi provider high volume medical office Must have medical call center/experience answering a high volume of phone calls Experience triaging phone calls Scheduling appointments and procedures Providing patient education Taking detailed phone messages Transferring phone calls Documenting and updating patient information in EMR Generating electronic prescription refill requests Processing referrals Strong medical terminology knowledge Must have a HS Diploma or GED DUTIES: Answer a high volume of phone calls in a high volume multi provider medical office Schedule appointments and procedures Triage phone calls Transfer calls Take detailed phone messages Assist with electronic approvals for prescriptions Process referrals Document and update patient information in EMR Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
