Pay Rate:Earn a startingbase pay of $15.00 per hour, with the ability toincrease your earnings to $25.00+ per hourthrough our performance-based incentive programs. Your pay grows with you based on efficiency, productivity, and a strong safety record; top performers regularly achieve higher compensation.

Schedule Options: Monday-Friday (9 AM - 5:30 PM)

Responsibilities

• Review held ware tickets, item limits, and choice levels before starting the resort.
• Inspect bottles and decide to save or cull based on customer expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain a steady pace of 550 bottles per hour according to the resort's priority list.
• Complete resort tracking reports accurately and on time.
• Participate in 2nd audits with Resort or Quality Leaders; rework pallets as needed.
• Manage packaging and scrap for inspected pallets.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
• Support teammates and assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous inspection or quality controlexperience.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• 20/20 vision (corrected) and the ability to pass a color vision test.
• Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Able to operate a pallet jack safely.
• Strong team player with good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Self-motivated and committed to maintaining high performance standards.
