Machine Operator

Ready for an exciting career change? Staffmark is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our client in Greeneville, TN as Machine Operators. No prior experience required-just bring a positive attitude and great attendance! This is a temp-to-hire role with real potential for growth and advancement.

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Monday-Friday | $15.25/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday-Friday | $16.25/hr
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday-Friday | $15.95/hr
• Training: 1-2 days on 1st shift

What You'll Do:

• Load and unload products into the press
• Remove finished products
• Inspect, pack, and clean work areas as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs
• Eager to learn and grow new skills
• Safety-focused and reliable
• Punctual with a strong work ethic
