Responsibilities:
*Operate large sanders/grinder machines for polishing
*Work with large scale polishers
*Work in loud area
* Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.
* Discern quality of parts and materials
* Follow company procedures and directives.
* Maintain the tools used to create products.
* Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Education and experience:
*High school diploma/GED
*Construction background experience a plus

Skills and knowledge:
*Physical ability to complete job duties, which may include standing for long periods or lifting objects with an established maximum weight
*Ability to follow directions accurately
*Attention to detail and organization skills
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to lift up to 50lbs
* Must be a U.S citizen
* Overtime Available
* Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug test
