Job Description
We are currently hiring aBusiness Development Manager.This position oversees parts of VA, MD and Washington, DC - primary focus on Baltimore and DC.The ideal candidate can live in Baltimore or DC, preferably the candidate will live in the DC metro area. The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for increasing availability and visibility of Boston Beer portfolio across targeted key On-Premise accounts to generate depletion growth while adding value to our wholesaler and retailer partners. Primary focus is dedicated to identifying and developing new, multi-outlet accounts within the On-Premise chain. What You'll Brew: * Execute internal sales objectives & improve account conditions using BBC systems and selling What Ingredients You'll Bring: * Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Preferred Requirements * Experience with high-volume on-premise accounts Level: 6 At the Boston Beer Company and in accordance with pay transparency laws, we are open about our salary ranges. For this role, the salary range is between $71,000 and $111,500. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location. Additionally, this position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance, and certain sales roles might include a car allowance.
