Job Description Job Description What is the opportunity? As a Senior Counsel, you will be a key member of RBC's Procurement Legal Team. You will provide advice and guidance to Royal Bank of Canada and its global subsidiaries with respect to third party procurement transactions, with an emphasis on SaaS and software licensing, hardware and equipment purchases, and professional services or consulting services arrangements typical in the financial services industry. You will also provide advice to procurement, business and functional partners on contract interpretation, legal risks and mitigation strategies associated with third party procurement transactions. For New Jersey/New York: The expected salary range for this particular position is $200,000-260,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. For Minnesota: The expected salary range for this particular position is $150,000-200,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.
