In this spirit, we are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Clinical Oncology Pharmacist for Outpatient Infusion Therapy - MMCP to join our dynamic IV Therapy team.

The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist - Ambulatory Infusion role reviews medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from a recognized/accredited school or college of pharmacy required.
  2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
  3. Experience: Previous pharmacist experience preferred.
