What You Will Do

As a Sprinkler Installer, you will be responsible for installing fire protection piping, valves, and accessories for commercial and industrial applications. You will perform all work safely, efficiently, and professionally while meeting customer and project requirements.

This role may require working alternative shifts, weekends, or night work depending on customer and jobsite needs.

How You Will Do It
  • Install wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems efficiently and neatly

  • Follow verbal and written instructions while also providing guidance to apprentices

  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed

  • Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards

  • Safely carry and move tools and equipment weighing up to 70 lbs

  • Perform physical labor in challenging environments, including climbing ladders, scaffolding, and operating high-lift equipment

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

What We Look For Required Qualifications
  • Completion of an approved apprenticeship program with a minimum of 2 years of journeyman-level experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Physically capable of performing the essential job functions

  • Willingness to work night shifts as required

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $16.10-$22.16 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with marketdata.)
