The Opportunity The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Student Accessibility Services Director and staff. This position assists the Director in a support capacity by coordinating administrative activities, including but not limited to scheduling, personnel, budget monitoring and records maintenance. The Administrative Assistant will compile, store and retrieve management data for the preparation of recurring reports and perform other administration-related activities as assigned. This position is expected to assist with proctoring of exams including midterm and finals, as well as provide support and in some cases leadership of/for special projects. The Administrative Assistant has a diversity of duties and responsibilities involving the knowledge of university policies and procedures that require independent judgment in the determinations of actions to be taken.
