Job Overview:

PitchBook's Contract, Senior Recruiter plays a critical role inidentifying, attracting,and selecting top talent forourorganization. The Contract, Senior Recruiter is responsible forleading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to making job offers.This role ispivotalin ensuringPitchBookhas ahighlyskilled and diverse workforce.

Primary Job Responsibilities:



  • Take ownership of the entire recruiting process, including working with hiring managers to adhere to the processes in place
  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Proactively source,identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
    • Effectivelyutlilizethe CRM to develop andmaintaina networkof potential candidates to build a talentpipline, including creating a tagging structure,dynamic lists,and nurture campaigns


  • Candidate Assessment and Screening:

    • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
    • Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience,and cultural alignment
    • Administer assessment tests and exercises as needed to evaluate candidate capabilities
    • Demonstrated ability to screen, assess, and present the most qualified candidates to hiring team


  • Candidate Experience and Relationship Management:

    • Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
    • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status
    • Confidently and consistently make and negotiate offers and close candidates


  • Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintainaccurateand up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
    • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process
    • Assistin putting together quarterly business reviews fordepartments
    • Ensure interview feedback is recorded andappropriate, and when not,work with hiring managers to correct


  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
    • Identifyareas for process improvement and implement enhancements to streamline recruitment procedures
    • Mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators on all aspects of recruiting lifecycle
    • Provide consultation and training to departmentsregardingallfacetsof the hiring process, including interviewing,selection,and diversity


  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested


Skills and Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • 6+ years of experience with an ATS, Greenhouse preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM for recruiting purposesstronglypreferred
  • Is a true "people person" who loves talking to people, learning about people, and working with people-all day every day
  • Proven experience in creative sourcing, including diversity sourcing and outreach
  • Is an expert multi-tasker able to balance urgency and thoroughness
  • Enjoys and excels in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving,andhigh-performance environment
  • Is versed in employment laws and best-practices to ensure compliance with federal, state,and local requirements in all hiring and employee relations practices
  • Proficiencywith the MicrosoftOffice suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word,and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily


Compensation:



  • This contract position will be paid an hourly rate between $60.00 hour - $85.00 hour.

This role is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
