Play an integral role in leading warehouse operations that support construction and project teams across Worley's portfolio. As Manager, Warehouse, you are accountable for day-to-day warehouse performance, people leadership, and the application of systems and processes that ensure materials are available, compliant, and managed efficiently. You balance operational discipline with a practical mindset, always focused on safety, reliability, and meeting customer and project needs.

Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading and managing warehouse activities to support business and project objectives, including:

  • Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and issuing of materials.

  • Leading and developing warehouse team members, providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Ensuring compliance with Worley policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Coordinating closely with construction, procurement, and project teams to align warehouse activities with project schedules and priorities.

  • Overseeing inventory accuracy, material traceability, and documentation to support efficient project execution.

  • Applying a strong understanding of warehouse systems, processes, and tools to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.

  • Preparing and delivering clear communications, reports, and updates to stakeholders and management.

  • Managing a single, less complex function while contributing to broader departmental and project strategies.


What you'll bring to the role

What you'll bring to the role is a mix of technical capability, people leadership, and practical problem-solving, including:

  • A university degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or materials management, ideally in an industrial or project-based environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams, either directly or through supervisors, with accountability for personnel actions.

  • Broad knowledge of at least one functional area, with an understanding of how warehouse operations interface with construction and project delivery.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to make sound operational decisions within established policies and processes.

  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to inform, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • A working knowledge of warehouse systems, processes, and tools, and the ability to support others in using them effectively.

  • A self-directed approach, with the ability to work from defined objectives and priorities while seeking guidance when needed.
