What to Expect
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Supply ChainAnalystto join our direct procurement team, supporting our manufacturing operations through the direct sourcing of polymers. These will include specific commodities related to our in-house and Tier 1 partner operations. This role will report to our Lead Supply Chain Manager and in parallel may be an activesourcingresource supporting our various Engineering groups within Tesla. This positionwill be supporting the development,implementationand management of strategies to provide Tesla withoptimalsupply assurance, pricing, flexibility,qualityand delivery performance.
What You'll Do
- Consolidate and automate the restructuring of large Excel-based BOMs into scalable, queryable datasets using SQL and Python pipelines
- Clean, standardize, and automatically validate supplier pricing data through repeatable ingestion workflows that reduce manual effort
- Build automated dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) that process raw inputs and deliver real-time cost, volume, and sourcing insights
- Develop automated data pipelines and semantic layers to support self-service analytics across resin, materials, and supplier datasets
- Create dynamic supply-chain mapping data models that trace raw-material production, movement through molders, and key dependencies
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Chemistry, and/or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, commodity management, engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and cost evaluation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Expected Compensation
$82,800 - $151,920/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
