About the Job

We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support account maintenance and processing tasks. This role involves analyzing data, handling account-related requests, and ensuring quality standards are met.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Review, analyze, and interpret correspondence related to account maintenance.

  • Process account-related forms and resolve account questions or issues, including account closures and other financial requests.

  • Handle tickets for account maintenance, reporting, and internal quality checks.

  • Run reports for research and processing tasks.

  • Perform internal quality control checks on peer work to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Process account maintenance tasks

  • Generate and handle customer correspondence related to account servicing.

  • Process returned items, research encoding errors, conduct signature verifications, and review notifications.

  • Maintain current internal procedure manuals and assist with drafting updates.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.

  • Teller or other financial services experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and perform peer quality checks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
