Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for driving financial planning and analysis activities that enable informed decision-making and strategic execution. This role supports senior leadership in initiatives across departments. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations that support Midco's mission and long-term success.
Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and improve 10-year financial model to analyze performance, evaluate scenarios, and support business decisions.
* Create reports and perform system maintenance of our corporate performance software, Prophix.
* Support annual budget and monthly forecast process as needed.
* Contribute to the timely preparation of internal and external financial reporting related to the financial planning and analysis function, including, internal monthly financial package, quarterly lender compliance reporting, and other financial reporting related matters as they arise.
* Identify and recommend enhancements to existing financial processes and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
* Prepare ad hoc analysis to facilitate decision making and planning and other project support as needed.
* Partner with other departments to complete key projects and strategic initiatives.
* Assist management with preparing presentations, graphs, charts and other ad hoc requests for monthly board and leadership meetings.Model Midco's mission, vision, values, and Leadership Success Drivers.Ensure customer privacy by adhering to Midco's privacy guidelines while actively following Midco policies and procedures.
* Maintain reliable and predictable attendance as required by the position.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum five years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, public accounting, consulting, or a related role.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling tools is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $85,000-$110,000. The actual base salary offered to the most qualified individual will be determined based on multiple factors including internal equity, location, and the individual's job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
Work Environment:
* The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
* May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per week and other than normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business demands.

* Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
* Visual acuity required for reading documents, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
