Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Master's degree in human services, special education, or related field
- Licensed in PA (LBS, LCSW, or CFI) preferred, or able to achieve licensure within 6 months of hire/transfer to position.
- Must possess or is able to attain all necessary clearances and background checks to work with designated consumers.
- Possess valid United States State Driver' license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work Monday- Friday 8am-4pm
- Will attend court weekly on Tuesday.
- Will travel to clients to complete assessments.

We are seeking a Program Director to lead our MCRT program in Delaware county!
The Program Director for the Mobile Competency Restoration Team provides leadership for courtordered, communitybased competency restoration services under the supervision of the Senior Program Director. This role oversees program operations, staff performance, compliance, and strategic coordination while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure strong program delivery and positive outcomes. The Program Director combines direct oversight, accountability, and strategic leadership with required community and court engagement.
Program Overview
- Clients are court ordered to participate in competency restoration services
- Services focus on psychoeducation to restore competency to stand trial
- Referrals originate directly from judges
- Clients are served in:
- Community settings
- Halfway houses
- Correctional facilities (jail or prison)
- Program leadership and staff travel to client locations as needed to complete assessments and support service delivery
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises 2 Restoration Counselors, each with an approximate caseload of 10 clients
- Provides ongoing leadership, training, supervision, and performance management
- Facilitates regular team meetings and individual supervision
- Addresses staff and client concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Trains MCRT members as needed to ensure role competency and compliance
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with stakeholders, service providers, and partner programs to meet individual client needs
- Collaborate with courts, county representatives, correctional facilities, and community partners
- Attend court proceedings as required
- Participate in county meetings, conferences, trainings, and professional meetings as requested
Clinical, Educational & Service Oversight
- Ensure all aspects of team responsibilities are fulfilled, including but not limited to:
- Initial and ongoing assessments
- Individualized treatment and educational plans
- Monitoring educational plans and client progress
- Weekly reports to the criminal justice system
- Quarterly outcome reporting
- QCO annual reviews
- Quality callbacks
- Chart reviews and audits
- Consumer satisfaction surveys
- Manual trackers and required documentation
- Management of formal complaints, incident reports, and critical reports
- Monitor progress notes for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
Compliance, Quality & Contract Management
- Ensure all contractual, regulatory, and courtmandated requirements are met
- Maintain documentation standards and compliance with timelines and reporting obligations
- Oversee audits, quality assurance processes, and corrective actions as needed
- Ensure timely followup on incidents, complaints, and critical events
Operational & Financial Accountability
- Ensure the program operates within approved budget parameters
- Attain established financial and performance goals
- Track service utilization, outcomes, and compliance metrics
- Maintain accountability for program quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Required Skills & Experience
Leadership & Management
- Prior experience as a manager or supervisor
- Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage performance
- Excellent time management and deadline adherence
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills with staff and clients
Clinical & Population Experience
- Experience and comfortability with forensic or correctional populations strongly preferred
- Ability to work with clients facing criminal charges, including but not limited to:
Technical & Interpersonal Competencies
- Strong auditing, documentation, and quality assurance skills
- Ability to manage complex reporting and compliance requirements
- Professional communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Comfortable providing leadership in communitybased and correctional environments
Earn 73,000 per year
