Our sales philosophy starts by understanding and identifying customer demands before they become challenges. We're committed to empowering movement which has a direct impact on increased quality of care and outcomes for caregivers and patients. Arjo's Vice President of Sales, Post-Acute will lead the Post-Acute Sales organization to promote Arjo's portfolio of products and solutions to meet/exceed strategic, operational, and financial goals set by the Company for the Post-Acute market (Long Term Care and Homecare). This "roll-up-your sleeves" position requires a sales leader that understands the Post-Acute buyer's journey and has a track record of implementing processes and technologies to engage with customers virtually and physically at different stages of the sales cycle. The sales leader we seek will develop and execute a sales strategy and establish key performance indicators to track performance to the plan. In addition, you will inspire and motivate the Long Term Care Sales team to exceed all targets, take ownership, and be accountable while building a culture that helps develop and retain our top talent. Also...act as the single point of contact/resident expert to Arjo Corporate teams and the larger Field Sales organization for all activities relating to Arjo's portfolio in the Post-Acute segment.
