Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college of university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to seven years of professional work in one or a combination of the following: counseling or case management services, program evaluation, education, auditing, accounting, business/process improvement and/or social services grant coordination. At least five years of this experience must have been in children or juvenile services' program evaluation, case review work, or process improvement (such as LEAN or Six Sigma certification) in any field listed above.
