**About the Role:**

As a key individual contributor, you will orchestrate the intricate dance of product development, acting as the central hub for all development details. You'll be the go-to person for both internal teams and external vendor partners, ensuring every step of the process is meticulously tracked and communicated. This role offers a unique opportunity to see products evolve from concept to reality, playing a vital part in their journey to market.

**What You'll Do:**

* Coordinate and monitor the overall development process for product lines, ensuring all stages are on track.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for development details, fostering strong relationships with vendor partners and cross-functional teams including design, production, technical, and merchandising.

* Create and meticulously update essential development documents such as seasonal development charts, Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, and readiness decks.

* Manage the workflow of weekly updates, guaranteeing timely and accurate communication to all stakeholders.

* Proactively track development progress to ensure execution adheres to established timelines and deadlines.

* Effectively communicate intricate design development details to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

* Engage in daily vendor communication, facilitating smooth information exchange.

* Participate in regular meetings with the design team to discuss progress and upcoming initiatives.

* Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) with precision.

* Actively contribute to various product development projects, bringing your organizational skills to the forefront.

* Manage and update costing charts and tools, providing essential reference points for merchandising and planning teams.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience.

* 3-5 years of dedicated product design or development experience.

* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

* Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.

* A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

**Candidates will stand out with:**

* Demonstrated experience in a prior product development role.

* Proficiency with a leading Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
