* Design and implement scalable and agile mechanisms to enhance research solutions, tools, and processes across the organization.

* Cultivate and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, fostering collaboration and trust.

* Manage cross-category and cross-channel campaign ad tracking and pre-testing tools, continuously improving their effectiveness.

* Design and validate test modules to refine results over time, conducting thorough analysis and consulting with marketing and finance teams.

* Serve as a trusted research expert, guiding stakeholders to ask the right business questions and proactively identifying areas for enhanced advertising testing and tracking.

* Engage with the broader research community to integrate diverse insights into stakeholder decision-making.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing research experience.

* Experience in advertising research covering multiple countries.

* Proficiency in analytical software (e.g., Q, R, SPSS, SAS, STATA, Excel Pivot Tables).

* Experience in business-to-business (B2B) market research.

* Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in business, marketing, statistics, or a related field.

* Exceptional analytical abilities and strong business acumen.

* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to non-research partners.

* Proven track record of earning trust by delivering accurate and relevant insights that drive results, with the conviction to challenge plans and assumptions when necessary.

* Ability to establish relationships with business partners across regions and proactively address emerging issues.

* A self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, possesses strong attention to detail, and can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

* Recognition that the true measure of success is based on the business impact of research findings.
