Job Title: Superintendent - OSP/ISP/Network Location: Montgomery, AL Work Type: On-site Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM-4 PM (possible OT Fridays) Employment Type: Contract (Long-term project with potential for advancement) About the Role We are seeking experienced Superintendents to lead large-scale data center construction and telecom projects in Montgomery, Alabama. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of the field operations, drive project success, and build a strong team culture. What You'll Do * Lead and manage multiple teams on-site, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. * Oversee project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and profitability. * Act as the senior liaison with client representatives and attend construction meetings. * Recruit, train, and mentor team members while maintaining a positive, productive culture. * Perform quality checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards. * Manage tools, inventory, and all project documentation (timesheets, work orders, change orders, etc.). Team Structure: * Superintendent 4 Leads 4 Crew Leads each 5 Technicians per Crew Lead. What We're Looking For * 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial role. * 5+ years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field. * Proven ability to define projects, create scope, estimate costs, and manage tasks to completion. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project). * Familiarity with telecom tools (punch tools, crimp tools, volt-ohmmeter, continuity tester, etc.). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
