Are you ready to kick-start your career in business and customer-facing roles?

Dassault Systemes' award-winning Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a 12-month, training program designed for new and recent college graduates. This Program will accelerate your professional growth, leadership opportunities, and hands-on experience in a global technology leader.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in an immersive boot camp, learning Dassault Systemes' solutions, business model, and processes
  • Collaborate with the North American Business Development Team in support of Company growth and market expansion
  • Engage with the Sales Transaction Support team to understand the end-to-end sales process through hands on activities, learning the tools and engaging with multiple stakeholders
  • Engage in hands-on customer outreach, including warm and cold calls, gaining practical experience with tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Develop your presentation and pitching skills through corporate storytelling and learning sessions in our Americas Customer Briefing Center
  • Participate in project work, shadowing, and receiving mentorship from seasoned 3DS leaders, accelerating your readiness for customer-facing roles

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business

Up to 2 years' experience in a client-facing role

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work onsite at our Waltham, MA Campus

Familiarity with Dassault Systemes' brands or industries is a plus

U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required

"Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $74,600 and $85,000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus"

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Benefits include a choice of plans providing comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision care for employee & dependents as well as employee life, short & long term disability, tuition reimbursement, immediate 401K enrollment, 401K match (50 cents on the dollar, up to the first 8% of your eligible compensation that you contribute based on match eligibility criteria), flexible time off policy, and 10 paid holidays.
