The Pharmacy Leadership Program is a practice-focused academic offering designed to support the personal and professional advancement of working pharmacists and PharmD students. The program emphasizes the development of business leadership, management, and strategic decision-making skills, while building a strong understanding of evolving healthcare systems and operational change. Students graduate prepared for career advancement into leadership roles such as coordinator, supervisor, manager, director, and executive. Faculty in the program play a vital role in shaping future pharmacy leaders through applied teaching, mentorship, and engagement with contemporary healthcare challenges. Qualified individuals are invited to apply to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty will be selected for the upcoming academic term (as needed). Appointments are renewed based on departmental need and teaching experience. Classes may be day or evening. Rank and compensation are based on experience and academic credentials. Essential Functions
Required Education
Doctoral degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D.) in Pharmacogenomics, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Molecular Genetics, Genomics, Biomedical Sciences, or a closely related field. Required Experience
Preferred Qualifications
Postdoctoral training or fellowship experience in pharmacogenomics, pharmacogenetics, or precision medicine research. Physical Requirements/Work Environment
