The Department of Family Medicine of the Keck School of Medicine of USC provides care for every member of the family, across generations and over lifetimes. We aim to enhance the quality of life for underserved and vulnerable patients while educating future generations of highly skilled, compassionate primary care specialists. Our goal is to combine education, patient advocacy, and evidence-based research to advance family medicine and geriatrics. USC Street Medicine's clinical team is seeking a dynamic, organized, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit for its Clinical Administrator position. This role bears direct responsibility for personnel administration, budgets, contracting, prospecting support, program and financial oversight and operational management for all clinical initiatives. This position will independently oversee the division's clinical unit's P&L, including clinical practice earnings. The ideal candidate is well-versed in finance, accounting, workflows and implementation and is excited to build and manage new programs from the ground up. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Typical work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, depending on business needs. This position is full-time, on-site at the Alhambra, CA or Los Angeles, CA campus with no hybrid or remote option. Please include resume and cover letter with application. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Management experience in a multi-faceted or specialized medical environment required. Knowledge of financial accounting and/or financial management required. Strong finance and accounting experience required. Follows established USC and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, includingadherence to theworkplaceCode of Conduct and Compliance Plan. The annual salary range for this position is$96,793.65- $105,000.00.
