Hitachi Energy is seeking a Director HR Business Partner - North America. The role is remote based with preference for eastern or central time zone. The role is open to relocation package. The role supports the Power Transformer business in the North America. The Power HR Business Partner is accountable for the overall HR contribution in close partnership with the factory HR Business Partners to deliver the strategic and operational HR roadmap of the Product Line. As a key member of the Power Transformer management team, the Power HR Business Partner will collaborate with the Power management to set the people strategy, develop talent outcomes, support business goals and initiatives by overseeing and driving relevant people capabilities and organizational effectiveness in collaboration with the factory HR Business Partners.
