Responsibilities:

In the role of ServiceNow Application Administrator, we'll count on you to:

*Perform administration of production application systems under the direction of more senior staff including ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, SAMPro, SPM, CMDB, etc.).

*Conduct technology implementation tasks under the direction of higher-level technical and managerial staff.

*Provide problem resolution of production application systems.

*Complete service requests related to assigned systems and ServiceNow workflows.

*Perform day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting tasks for production application systems including resolving ServiceNow incidents and requests.

*Research, review and analyze system modifications/patches/upgrades for applicability to assigned systems and ServiceNow platform updates.

*Produce and maintain system documentation.

*Assist with creating, testing, and deployment of new products, upgrades, and patches in ServiceNow (update sets and migration processes).

*Coordinate with Application Managers and product stakeholders.

*Occasionally work after-hours and weekends to complete special assignments, changes, or incident responses.

*Occasionally travel for operational requirements.

*Perform other duties as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/MIS-related area or equivalent work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner when providing support for customer problem resolution
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform assigned administration tasks with minimal supervision
  • Attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture
