What to Expect The Workplace role is a position for a self-starter who must be extremely thorough, who possess outstanding organizational skills, and who demonstrates diligenceand devotion throughout the entire coordination process through task and project completion for numerous projects. It is imperative this individual is able to take the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution oriented, and has the ability to coordinate with multiple parties involved. What You'll Do Ensure an outstanding & fun experience in the workplace by assisting in continuous monitoring of all space throughout the facility Track culinary orders and verify shipment deliveries. Verify Inventory and relay any discrepancies Maintain stock of office supplies and breakroom amenities Conduct walkthroughs of the building and identify any issues that need to be addressed Stock supplies in the Office areas In conjunction with other WP representatives, assist with WP process creation, implementation and maintenance What You'll Bring Positive attitude & "can-do" mentality that is customer service oriented! Excellent listening skills, organizational skills, strong communication skills, & ability to multitask Strong work ethic, proven follow-through skills-a leader yet a team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under constant changing priorities and demands Ability to see the big picture, yet still be detail oriented.
