Location: Remote, USA

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Program Duration: June 8, 2026 to August 14, 2026

Summary

OneStream is seeking motivated candidates for its 2026 internship program. Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. This internship is for students eager to learn and ready to take the next step in their career.

The Benefits Intern will support the Benefits team in delivering employee benefits programs and initiatives. This intern will assist with data analysis, communications, and project coordination, gaining exposure to benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management. Additionally, this role will help ensure employees have access to valuable resources and support the team's mission of enhancing employee well-being.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for benefits utilization and employee engagement.
  • Help draft communications and resources for employees regarding benefits offerings and updates.
  • Participate in project coordination for benefits-related initiatives and events.
  • Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve employee inquiries and support process improvements.


Required Education and Experience



  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3.0 GPA or higher.


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
  • Previous internship experience is nice to have, but not necessarily required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities



  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in employee benefits, human resources, or related fields.
