We're expanding our team and seeking a hands-on Engineering Architect to support lab and network initiatives.
This role balances lab work and development, with direct involvement in testing, validation, and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:
50% lab work: development, testing, and validation of network solutions
Collaborate with vendors on optical and data network projects
Hands-on work with network infrastructure, telecom systems, and optical networks

Skills & Experience:
Networking: copper cabling, Layer 2/3 data networks
Telecom environments and architectures
Optical networking and access networks
Programming/Scripting: C/C++, Go, Python
