JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Promote digital products and platforms internally and externally
  • Ensure alignment with Foley and CAT goals pertaining to Digital Excellence and Metrics
  • Monitor Connectivity subscriptions and billing, ensuring overall health with checks and balances
  • Actively grow number of connected assets
  • Management and tracking of Product Link service letter execution
  • Heavy communication with internal/external customers managing support required for products
  • Ensure customers receive data reports from connectivity
  • Validate equipment connected asset status for new CVAs
  • Conduct customer training
  • Knowledge & communication of Caterpillar Aftermarket Connectivity Program
  • Digital authorization audit, submit and execution when required
  • Remote Flash Reporting

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years in Customer Support role experience and/or equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills and practices
  • Ability to work with a team and establish internal/external relationships
  • Ability to identify/define issues and determine alternative solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other position related software.
