Talent Acquisition Project Manager
Location:Palm Beach Gardens, FL Job ID: #71995 Pay Range: $45-54 4 Days onsite, with flexibility to work remote 1 day per week based on performance and business needs. Potentially open to part-time work based on candidate availability. The TA Project Manager leads prioritized recruiting initiatives through an established PMO cadence-driving planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment to hit hiring targets on time and within budget. The role orchestrates work across TA, HR, business stakeholders, RPO partners, and analytics/HR tech functions, leveraging Workday Recruiting, Excel/Power BI, and TA dashboards to monitor progress and unblock delivery. Required Qualifications o 3+ years proven project management experience in TA/HR programs (stakeholder management, communications, planning, tracking, reporting, analytics, budget control). o Hands on Workday or other ATS recruiting experience-comfortable pulling and analyzing reports. o Advanced Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, or other analytical software, for TA metrics. o Experience coordinating with RPO/vendors and cross functional HR partners. Preferred Qualifications o Familiarity with PMO recruiting methodology (role tagging, cadence, dashboards) and A3/Daily Management or similar Lean practices.
