Top Skills We're Looking For * Quick learner with ability to apply new processes efficiently. * Strong data analysis and quality check skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. * Excellent organization and attention to detail for managing multiple priorities. * Customer service experience, including handling phone calls and working from a queue. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under pressure. Nice-to-Have Skills * Familiarity with financial concepts and capital gains/loss calculations. * Experience in fast-paced, dynamically changing environments. Role Overview Under general supervision, you'll use specialized skills to assist in managing cost basis reporting systems and related processes. Responsibilities include: * Inputting and maintaining data in reporting systems. * Managing valuations for client accounts. * Emailing branches with provided guidelines. * Researching discrepancies and updating accounts. * Collaborating across teams to resolve issues efficiently.
